I've just realised how invincible riptides and stormsurges are going to be to shooting attacks. Any time someone shoots a lascannon at you, you can simply divert all 6 wounds onto your lame gun drone and laugh as your full-hp riptide rips them a new one.Also, with pathfinders now 8pts a head and being able to fire both their markerlights and carbines at the same time, I'm seriously considering replacing my screening kroot with pathfinders.Anyone else working on a tau list?EDIT: Cheers guys for the rules help. In general new meta for taus gonna be stormsurge,aun va,cadre,comanders,pathfinders,strike team,kroots,hounds,vespids,drones drones and more drones, and hammerheads. So many where chooseWith sunshark and stealth suits added thats 13 units to pick from, pretty happy about that. In 7th for tournaments it was basically only Stormsurge, Minimal loadout suits/kroot, markerdrones and Riptides. Nice to see the list of potentially good units more than double like that.I agree with your take on most units, though I have suspicions that some Crisis Suit setups will be worthwhile just because they can let you deepstrike gun drone squads.
